Jesus Makes Life Better: An Introduction

Life Is Better With Jesus: Discover the power of Jesus Christ and how He can make life better. Learn about the transformative effect Jesus has on our lives, and how to make the most of it. Explore the spiritual and emotional healing that comes from a life rooted in faith and love.

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18

In the above Bible passage, we read that there will come a day when Jesus will return to take us home. On that day, those who have patiently waited for His return will be honored in glory, and so they will reign with the Lord forever in His kingdom. Whereas those who refuse His word and do not receive Him as their Lord and Savior will have themselves to blame. That day will come as a thief in the night (1 Thessalonians 5:1-4); no one knows the hour or the season, but we rest assured that it will happen because the scriptures cannot be broken.

God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? Numbers 23:19. Besides, know ye not that he who dies and departs this world faces judgment? Thus, we must yield ourselves as instruments of righteousness to the Lord in reverence and awe of Him, because our God is holy, and by the way, nobody knows what will happen the next moment.

We do, however, know that our futures are assured in Christ. So make an effort to follow the Lord. Too many advantages come from following Jesus to list them all. “But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.” 1 Corinthians 6:17. If we are united in spirit with the Lord, we can be sure that He is keeping an eye on us and that no evil person can harm us.

God Can Guide You Through Life

If the Lord leads your life, you will experience peace and joy that surpasses all understanding, even amid difficult circumstances. You will also have a sense of purpose and direction as you follow His guidance.

Allow God to lead your life, and you will be happier for it. What is life worth without Jesus? Nothing. From the above verses of scripture, we see that surely there’s coming a day when this world will come to an end.

Therefore, it is important to put our trust in Jesus and be guided by His teachings. Jesus is the only one who will guarantee you eternal life.

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us. For it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.” Galatians 3:13.

Jesus paid the full price for our sins on the cross of crucifixion. So continuing in sin is like crucifying Him a second time.

Have you surrendered your life to him? If you haven’t, please do, because serving the Lord Jesus Christ is a noble endeavor. It is an honorable pursuit to be heavenly-minded. Moreover, our ultimate goal in life is to glorify God.

With Jesus in your life, you will experience joy and peace beyond what you can imagine. Therefore, open yourself up, receive God’s word, and see what He will do for you.

As Christians, we should be striving to keep our focus on the things of God and not be so caught up in the things of this world. Nothing in this world can separate you from the love of God; no troubles, sufferings, or perils can tear you away from God.

It is only you who can make that determination. Therefore, I urge you to submit yourself to God through Christ Jesus. As part of God’s creation, we should continually strive to put our trust in God and not in the things of this world.

Keep your focus on the things of God and abide by His Word, for these are the only ways to ensure that you will stay strong in your faith and never succumb to the allure of this world.

God has created us with the capacity to love him and to live our lives in harmony with his will. It takes obedience to receive the blessings of God.

Are you depressed and wondering if believing in God will help? Get hold of God’s word. It is the tool that you need to succeed in life, and it pays to trust in God.

The application of the Word will change your life forever. Jesus is the Word of God made flesh. Receive it and watch how your life changes for the better.

God’s promises are for those who make up their mind to serve Him. When we decide to allow the Word of God to be active in our lives, its impact is powerful and life-changing

The words of God contained in the Bible aren’t mere words. God’s Word has the power to transform and make a positive difference in our lives.

It’s my prayer that you give your life to Christ if you haven’t done that already. If, however, you’ve done this, congratulations to you! Jesus will come again, so be ready so that you won’t be caught off guard.

I urge you to continue in the Lord; work out your salvation with fear and trembling, and the Lord will continually be with you.

God is interested in your well-being. Despite what life throws at you, whether good or bad, He desires that you trust Him. He desires that you seek His guidance in all areas of your life.

There is nothing particularly interesting about sin other than the fact that it offers temporary pleasure on the earth and eternal damnation by the time Jesus returns. So, to escape this forever damnation in hellfire, turn to God now and shun sin.

You can’t receive anything from God if you choose to continue in sin. For God to help you, you must come to Him through Jesus Christ, His Son.

Conclusion

To succeed in your Christian walk, you must hate sin. You must actively choose to obey Jesus and His teachings to live a better life with Him. I like how it is stated in 2 Corinthians 4:18: “While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.” Therefore, our eyes must be continually on Jesus if we are to reap the reward.

In addition to the above-mentioned verse, this is one thing we must do: forget those things that are behind and reach forth to those things that are before. We must press towards the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:13–14) if we truly want Him to make our lives better.

Your mind must be right to receive and do what the Word says. Change your mindset because “God would do nothing without thy mind; that thy benefit should not be as if it were of necessity, but willingly.” Philimon 1:14.

Finally, you must be born again if you truly want to enjoy life with Christ. None of these things will make sense until you submit yourself to God through Jesus Christ. If you do, the Holy Spirit will renew your mind through the power of salvation. It is then that you will be able to eat the good of the land if you are willing and obedient (Isaiah 1:19–20 KJV). Please, give your life to Christ.
